Hydraulic, process and piping expertise for water delivery from the Lower Mountain Reservoir to Trojena’s Mountain Reservoir.
The challenge
A mountain transmission system must overcome demanding topography while controlling operating and transient pressures. Four pumping stations and break-pressure tanks form the route to the Mountain Reservoir, with a system design capacity of 95,000 m³/day.
Our contribution
Pipelab provides design review and consultancy for hydraulic, process and piping detail design. Our scope also includes start-up and commissioning documentation, together with commissioning services for the pumping stations and transmission pipelines.
Engineering outcome
The work supports coordinated operation across the mountain water system, connecting the design of the hydraulic and control functions with the practical requirements of start-up, testing and commissioning.
