Complete pre-bid engineering for treated sewage effluent pumping, transmission, storage and tanker filling facilities.
The challenge
The Hadda and Arana special facilities connect treated wastewater sources with agricultural reuse. The project combines new pumping stations, large-diameter GRP pipelines, storage tanks, metering shafts and tanker filling stations.
Our contribution
Pipelab carried out complete pre-bid design for all disciplines, with civil and electrical engineering subcontracted. The Arana facilities include approximately 42.6 km of pipelines up to DN2000 and 50,000 m³ of storage. Hadda includes approximately 38.3 km of pipelines up to DN1800 and 20,000 m³ of storage.
Engineering outcome
The tender design supports the reuse of treated effluent for irrigation, integrating the facilities needed to convey, store and distribute reclaimed water.
