The challenge
The Al Haer project combines a new sewage treatment plant with influent, outfall and treated-effluent interfaces. The plant’s design capacity is 200,000 m³/day, serving the Manfouha and Al Heet catchments.
Our contribution
Pipelab’s assignment covers tender design across all scopes for the technical proposal. The project includes pumping, transmission, storage, metering and connection facilities that link treatment with treated sewage effluent reuse.
Engineering outcome
The tender engineering provides a coordinated basis for the technical proposal and the interfaces between treatment, water transmission and reuse infrastructure.
